- Good stakeholder management across Commercial, Production, Purchasing, Finance and Quality.
- Experience leading admin and export teams in a manufacturing/high-technical environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Export & Sales Administration function and develop the team.
- Ensure customer orders, domestic and international shipments and related admin are accurate and timely.
- Own export/compliance issues and drive resolution with cross‑functional partners.
- Maintain high service levels and effective order/shipment query handling.
