You will lead the export and sales admin team, handle internal sales processes, and maintain customer communications for service and repair activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Oversee preparation and processing of paperwork for domestic and international shipments.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and timely despatch of orders.
• Lead the Export and Sales Administration team and coordinate with Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Export and Sales Administration Team and align with the Core Operations Manager.
• Process orders, quotations, and set up new accounts with terms.
• Prepare export documents, licenses, and compliance returns.
• Maintain customer communications for service and repair business.
• Ensure accuracy of invoices and currency exchange in Sage.
