You will develop the team and ensure orders, shipments, and service activities are processed accurately and efficiently while managing export compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven people management experience in Export/International Trade roles.
• Experience in order processing, shipment queries and service levels.
• Strong stakeholder management across Commercial, Production, Purchasing, Finance and Quality.
• Deep export/international trade experience to lead the function.
• Knowledge of export documents, customs, licences and international shipping.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Export & Sales Administration function and develop the team.
• Ensure customer orders, domestic and international shipments, and service/repair activity are processed accurately.
• Handle export/compliance issues and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
