Job summary

Gerrell & Hard Ltd. is seeking an Import & Export Coordinator in Hedge End to support the Shipping team with compliant movement of goods across UK and global markets. You will process import/export activity, support shipments, and maintain regulatory compliance to ensure efficient, accurate documentation.

The role requires knowledge of current regimes, strong organisation, and good IT skills. Prior experience with ERP systems and SAP is desirable for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience with current import/export regimes and compliance.
• Ability to prioritise with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Experience with ERP systems and SAP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support paperwork for global sales and repair shipments.
• Process UK inbound freight and customs compliance.
• Minimise duties, taxes and costs without compromising service.
• Maintain accurate import/export records for audits.
• Ensure import/export controls comply with regulatory agencies.
• Process import/export documentation (C88) with service providers.
• Liaise with internal customers on compliance issues.
• Help develop streamlined global import/export procedures.
• Process UK/global repair orders accurately and on time.
• Provide support to internal customers.
