Trustpilot, Inc. is seeking a Senior Reward Analyst to drive data-informed people decisions across HR, Finance and Talent Acquisition. You will design reward dashboards, lead annual review cycles, equity grants, and global market benchmarking while advancing pay equity analysis and gender pay gap reporting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, transparent and market-competitive reward programs across our global footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience in a reward/compensation role.
• Ability to present complex data clearly.
• Strong collaboration with HR, finance and TA partners.
• Knowledge of reward and HRIS processes.

Responsabilités

• Design total reward dashboarding and use compliant AI solutions.
• Lead key annual review cycles, equity grants, and global benchmarking.
• Advise on pay equity analysis, gender pay gap reporting, and job architecture.
• Maintain consistent job architecture, levelling and evaluation.
• Build dashboards to provide leadership visibility on reward health.
• Ensure compliance with pay transparency regulations.
• Partner with Finance on budget modelling and scenario planning.
• Communicate total reward messages and educational material.
