Trustpilot is seeking a Senior People Analytics Manager to partner with cross-functional teams, define and track key metrics, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that shape people strategies and inform investment decisions.

You will own analytics delivery, automate processes, and establish robust data governance while collaborating with Finance, Sales and People teams to meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering analytics and reporting across data extraction, validation, dashboards, and insight generation.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Proven collaboration with Finance, Sales and People teams to identify analytical needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end analytics and reporting domain delivery, from data extraction to dashboard creation and insight generation.
• Discover and implement opportunities to automate analytical processes and minimize manual effort.
• Help define primary metrics for the people team and set up robust tracking mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify analytical needs, gather data, and evaluate metric performance.
• Synthesize complex data analyses into compelling stories for executive leaders to drive strategic decisions.
• Serve as a technical advisor for the people team, enhancing data literacy across the function.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and maintain a regular reporting cadence.
• Partner with Senior Director, Reward & Analytics to enhance data tooling, warehousing, and governance.
• Provide backup to Workforce Planning during peak workloads.
