Trustpilot is seeking a Senior People Analytics Manager to partner across the organisation, driving the analytics and reporting domain. You will define and track key people metrics, automate processes, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.

You will collaborate with Finance, Sales and People to identify needs, and mentor the team on data literacy, tooling, and governance. Hybrid work and ongoing learning opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong background in data modelling, statistical analysis, and BI/dashboarding.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication translating data into clear recommendations for leaders.
• Autonomous with a fast-learning mindset and a service-oriented approach.
• Collaborative with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with Sage HR (Salesforce).
• Experience using Looker and BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end analytics and reporting delivery, from data extraction to dashboards.
• Automate analytical processes to minimize manual effort.
• Define primary metrics for the people team and track them robustly.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales and People to gather needs and assess metrics.
• Synthesize analyses into compelling stories for executives.
• Advise on data tooling, warehousing, and governance for the function.
• Maintain ad-hoc analyses and regular reporting cadence.
• Support Workforce Planning during peak workloads.
