Responsabilités

• Lead Trustly's global Rewards strategy.
• Oversee global pay review cycles and govern equity programs.
• Build strong reward analytics supporting workforce planning and cost forecasting.

Experience leading Total Rewards functions in international organisations

Understanding of compensation frameworks, equity programs, and incentive design

Partnering closely with Finance on workforce modelling and cost forecasting
