Job summary

Randox Laboratories invites applications for a Technical Support Specialist based at Randox Science Park. The role supports end users globally, troubleshoots technical queries, and provides product information and training across Randox reagents, QC materials, and clinical chemistry analysers.

Travel may be required to support international customers. The candidate should hold a life-science degree, possess excellent organisational and communication skills, and be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biomedical Science or Life Science-related discipline.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility for travel worldwide.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and applications support for Randox reagents and quality control materials.
  • Handle and troubleshoot technical customer queries from local and international locations.
  • Provide product information and advice on Randox procedures.
  • Review and analyse performance data and comparative studies.
  • Provide product and instrument training to international staff.
  • Use query-logging software to record and monitor the status of customer and internal queries.
  • Develop a high degree of product knowledge covering all Randox product groups.
