Job summary

Randox is seeking a desk-based scientist in Antrim to provide technical and applications support for Randox reagents, quality control materials and analytical instruments. The role focuses on supporting laboratories and end users globally, with travel to customer sites as needed.

You will handle troubleshooting, review performance data, provide product information, and train international staff. A full-time, permanent position with standard UK hours; travel internationally required.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical and applications support for all Randox reagent and quality control materials.
• Handling and troubleshooting of technical customer queries from local and international locations.
• Provision of product information and advice on the application of Randox procedures.
• Review and analysis of performance data and comparative studies.
• Provide product and instrument training to international staff.
• Travel internationally when required, to customer sites to deal with customer queries.
