Job summary

Randox Laboratories is seeking a Technical Support Scientist to join our Customer/Technical Support team. This desk-based scientist role supports end users globally with troubleshooting and product guidance, while occasionally traveling to customer sites.

You will develop in-depth knowledge of Randox reagents, quality control materials, and clinical chemistry analysers, and you may train staff internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biomedical Science or Life Science.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel worldwide and UK right to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and applications support for Randox reagent and quality control materials.
• Troubleshoot technical customer queries from local and international locations.
• Provide product information and advice on Randox procedures.
• Review and analyse performance data and comparative studies.
• Provide product and instrument training to international staff
• Record and monitor customer queries using query-logging software
• Develop extensive product knowledge across Randox products
• Travel internationally to customer sites as required
