Job summary

You will lead a high‑performing team, partner with IT to streamline tools, deliver portfolio dashboards, and embed governance, risk, and external benchmarks in strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in analytics, BI, data science, or related roles.
• Experience leading analytics teams in matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end analytics and insights strategy for WW Business Operations & Project Delivery.
• Establish a single source of truth across RE, FM, GS, and capital project data.
• Develop executive dashboards and forward-looking analytics for portfolio decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team across regions.
• Support governance forums with clear, data-driven insights and risk indicators.
• Partner with Strategic Project Management, Engineering Standards, Finance, and Communications to drive data-driven decisions.
