Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy with focus on account operations and data analytics.
• Experience leading technology initiatives and delivering measurable business results.
• Experience managing teams in a matrixed organization.
• Understanding of contracts (MSAs, SOWs, subcontracts, KPIs) to protect business interests.
• Familiarity with data analytics techniques and tools and their application to insights.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for cross-organization collaboration.
• Ability to delegate tasks and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience with a wide range of technologies, platforms, and software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with compliance and security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a technology strategy to support account operations and drive adoption.
• Lead pilots for innovative technology and services with clear goals and metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, account leadership, and internal teams.
• Oversee the technology project portfolio, prioritize initiatives, and manage budgets.
• Design, develop, and implement technology solutions and establish standards and practices.
• Champion analytics and AI tools within the account and coordinate data projects.
• Mentor and manage a team of technology professionals to foster excellence.
• Ensure cybersecurity governance and promote security awareness across activities.
