Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Portfolio and Insights Lead within Markets Technology to partner with senior technology leadership and drive disciplined governance.

You will deliver actionable insights, automate reporting, and influence investment decisions across global trading platforms. In this role, you will own executive metrics, streamline reporting, and collaborate across Technology, Finance, Risk & Control, and Delivery teams to provide a single view of execution health and outcomes

Qualifications

• Must have strong governance and reporting experience in large organizations.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, organized, and effective communicator.
• Experience with portfolio governance and enterprise reporting.
• Comfortable operating across strategy, execution, and detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point for portfolio governance standards and executive reporting across Markets Technology.
• Translate portfolio data into actionable insights on delivery health and investment outcomes.
• Provide independent challenge on delivery readiness, risk, dependencies, and remediation ahead of governance forums.
• Own design and integrity of executive metrics covering governance, financial discipline, stability, hygiene, controls, and resiliency.
• Ensure reporting is forward-looking, risk-based, and outcome-focused.
• Drive decisions and ownership from governance forums with disciplined follow-through.
• Build relationships across Technology leadership, Finance, Risk & Control, and Delivery teams.
• Simplify and automate portfolio reporting to reduce manual effort.
• Support leadership with portfolio-level insight to inform prioritization and investments.
• Provide a single coherent view of Markets Technology execution health.
