Solace is looking for a Global Talent Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across a globally distributed organization — connecting exceptional people to work that matters while helping shape our culture. You’ll partner with hiring managers across R&D, Cloud, IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and G&A, bringing a thoughtful and proactive approach to talent acquisition in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring across technical and go-to-market functions.
• Experience sourcing and closing passive talent, including senior and niche roles.
• Comfortable recruiting across North America, EMEA and/or APAC with regional norms.
• Strong attention to detail and clean ATS data.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for roles across R&D, Cloud, IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing & G&A — globally.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
• Proactively source passive talent through LinkedIn, referrals, events and other channels.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality pipelines.
• Lead interviews, manage shortlists, debriefs, and offer recommendations.
