QCIC in London is seeking a People & Talent Partner to shape how we attract, hire, and support talent across our international hubs. This hybrid role blends end-to-end talent acquisition with broader HR exposure across the employee lifecycle.

You’ll implement processes and data-driven decisions, lead the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as our global ATS, and partner with stakeholders to deliver a seamless, high-quality people experience across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in in-house talent acquisition, ideally in a scaling, global, or professional services environment.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Strong sourcing capability, with a track record of identifying and engaging high-quality talent.
• Exposure to HR or people operations, including onboarding and employee lifecycle support.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever).
• Confidence using data and reporting to improve hiring performance and processes.
• Experience working across multiple regions or international teams is highly desirable.
• A continuous improvement mindset, with interest or experience in systems, process optimisation, or automation.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Talent Acquisition (approx. 70%): Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define needs and deliver scalable recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across regions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and engage high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and lead offer management and onboarding.
• Use data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• People & HR Support (approx. 30%): Support onboarding, HR operations, and generalist HR activities.
• Collaborate with HR to align recruitment, onboarding, and people processes.
• Contribute to HR initiatives, policy updates, and people programmes.
• Provide HR operations support across the lifecycle as needed.
• Systems, Process & Transformation: Assist in Dynamics 365 rollout, map recruitment workflows, and implement automation.
• Oversee data migration, dashboards, and reporting; drive continuous improvement across talent and HR processes.
