Job summary

You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, build talent pipelines, leverage social media, and contribute to employer branding; the role offers hybrid work and a 3-month contract with extension.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of recruitment experience in medium to large organizations.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment management including advising stakeholders.
• Coaching hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and selection.
• Experience with multiple sourcing channels and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience creating and maintaining job descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Experience leveraging social media for talent attraction and employer branding.
• Strong use of data to inform recruitment strategies and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers).
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Partner with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor on recruitment decisions.
• Strengthen employer brand and EVP through external communication.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines, including passive candidates.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks; document in SF system.
