London & Partners is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Grow Talent team in London, focusing on helping high-growth companies access top talent and scale teams. You will partner with founders and leaders to shape talent strategies, connect with recruitment partners, and drive inclusive hiring.

This role combines data-driven analysis with relationship building and cross-border hiring, including North America, and requires a passion for London’s diverse tech ecosystem.

• Help companies access the right talent faster and level up People functions
• Navigate the talent ecosystem to connect with partners, networks and tools
• Advise on global expansion and hiring, including North America
• Champion diversity and inclusive hiring through events and content
• Generate and track impact on hiring outcomes and programme efficiency
• Represent London & Partners on national and international stages
