Qualifications

• Several years' experience in recruitment coordination roles within corporate businesses.
• Ability to manage complex diaries and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones with accuracy.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate management platform.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nuanced, multi-step interview processes with senior calendars and candidate experience in mind.
• Prepare interview materials and brief all participants on timing and expectations.
• Maintain high-integrity data across recruitment platforms and drive best practices.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests and recruitment analytics, including pipeline tracking.
• Participate in process improvements and assist with onboarding preparation.
