Job Description:
Leon Cycle is seeking a motivated Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! They will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for all positions and be the first point of contact and welcome for all new hires on board. They will recruit through job sites and other channels, utilizing networking strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with HR to plan and implement talent acquisition strategies.
- Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions, using recruitment systems and headhunting.
- Collaborate with company leaders to anticipate future employment needs.
- Design and manage recruitment processes, including resume screening and interviews.
- Recruit via social media, networking events, and job fairs.
- Counsel candidates on benefits, salary, and work environment.
- Build relationships with potential candidates and manage candidate pools.
- Handle onboarding paperwork and prepare welcome procedures for new hires.
- Coordinate with HR on equipment and access needs for new employees.
- Create onboarding plans and training schedules with hiring managers.
- Greet new hires, conduct orientation, and follow up during probation.
- Report on talent acquisition activities to leadership.
- Communicate with HR to align hiring with organizational goals.
- Suggest improvements to recruitment processes.
- Research compensation benchmarks to stay competitive.
- Assist with other HR projects and international recruitment.
Experience and Skills
- 2-3 years experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
- HR certification preferred.
- Understanding UK & EU labor requirements.
- Knowledge of candidate selection methods.
- Experience with full cycle recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Creative and proactive problem solver.
- Positive attitude.
