Job Description:
Leon Cycle is seeking a motivated Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! They will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for all positions and be the first point of contact and welcome for all new hires on board. They will not only recruit through job sites but also utilize other strategies to source talented candidates through other channels and networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the head of HR to plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy
- Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions, using recruitment systems or headhunting
- Work with company leaders to strategize and anticipate future employment needs
- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates, including social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs
- Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and environment
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
- Manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged for current or future opportunities
- Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
- Prepare pre-start employee welcome and assist new hires during their initial start
- Work with HR regarding necessary company equipment and logins for new hires
- Create onboarding plans with hiring managers and coordinate schedules for meetings and training
- Greet new hires on their first day and present orientation
- Conduct regular check-ins with new hires during probation
- Generate updates for company leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives
- Communicate with HR to align hiring needs with organizational goals
- Suggest ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
- Research compensation benchmarks to ensure competitiveness
- Collaborate with HR on other HR programs and initiatives
- Assist with other international recruitment projects
Experience and Skills
- 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter preferred
- Professional HR certification strongly preferred
- Understanding UK & EU contract labor requirements is key
- Knowledge of candidate selection methods
- Experience with full cycle recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving
- Positive attitude
