Job Description:

Leon Cycle is seeking a motivated Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! They will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for all positions and serve as the first point of contact and welcome for new hires. The role involves recruiting through job sites, sourcing candidates via various channels, and networking.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the head of HR to plan and implement talent acquisition strategies.
  2. Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions, utilizing recruitment systems and headhunting.
  3. Work with company leaders to anticipate future employment needs.
  4. Design and manage recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, calls, and interviews.
  5. Recruit and network with potential candidates via social media, events, and job fairs.
  6. Counsel candidates on benefits, salary, and company environment.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with past and potential candidates.
  8. Manage candidate pools to keep qualified candidates engaged.
  9. Handle all hiring paperwork for new employees.
  10. Prepare onboarding plans and assist new hires during their initial start.
  11. Coordinate with HR on equipment and login needs for new hires.
  12. Create onboarding schedules with hiring managers and organize training sessions.
  13. Welcome new hires and conduct orientation sessions.
  14. Perform regular check-ins with new hires during their probationary period.
  15. Provide updates on talent acquisition initiatives to company leadership.
  16. Communicate with HR to align on hiring needs and organizational goals.
  17. Suggest improvements for talent acquisition activities.
  18. Research compensation benchmarks to ensure competitiveness.
  19. Collaborate on other HR programs and initiatives.
  20. Assist with international recruitment projects.
Experience and Skills
  1. 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter preferred.
  2. HR certification is highly desirable.
  3. Knowledge of UK & EU contract labor requirements.
  4. Deep understanding of candidate selection methods.
  5. Experience with full cycle recruitment processes.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  8. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  9. Creative and proactive problem-solving skills.
  10. Positive attitude and proactive approach.
