Job Description:

Leon Cycle is seeking a motivated Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. They will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for all positions and be the first point of contact and welcome for all new hires. They will recruit through job sites and utilize other sourcing strategies, including networking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement talent acquisition strategies with the HR head
  • Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions, including headhunting
  • Collaborate with company leaders to anticipate future staffing needs
  • Design and manage recruitment and selection processes
  • Utilize social media, networking events, and job fairs for recruiting
  • Counsel candidates on benefits, salary, and work environment
  • Build relationships with potential candidates
  • Manage candidate pools to keep qualified candidates engaged
  • Handle hiring paperwork for new employees
  • Prepare and assist with onboarding of new hires
  • Coordinate with HR on equipment and access needs for new hires
  • Create onboarding plans and training schedules
  • Welcome new hires and conduct orientation
  • Perform regular check-ins during onboarding and probation
  • Provide updates on talent acquisition initiatives to leadership
  • Communicate with HR to align on hiring needs
  • Suggest improvements for recruitment activities
  • Research compensation benchmarks to stay competitive
  • Collaborate on other HR programs and international recruitment projects
Experience and Skills
  • 2-3 years experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter
  • HR certification preferred
  • Understanding of UK & EU labor requirements
  • Knowledge of candidate selection methods
  • Experience with full cycle recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
