Job Description:

Leon Cycle is seeking a motivated Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! They will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for all positions and serve as the first point of contact and welcome for all new hires. Responsibilities include recruiting through various channels, sourcing talented candidates, and managing onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions, utilizing recruitment systems and headhunting techniques.
  • Work with company leaders to anticipate future employment needs.
  • Design and manage recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, interviews, and assessments.
  • Utilize social media, networking events, and job fairs to recruit and network with potential candidates.
  • Advise candidates on benefits, salary, and company culture.
  • Build and maintain relationships with past and potential candidates.
  • Manage candidate pools to keep qualified candidates engaged.
  • Handle all hiring paperwork and onboarding preparations.
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules and facilitate orientation sessions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with new hires during their probation period.
  • Provide updates on talent acquisition initiatives to company leadership.
  • Communicate with HR to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.
  • Propose improvements to talent acquisition processes.
  • Research compensation benchmarks to ensure competitiveness.
  • Assist with other HR projects and international recruitment as needed.
Experience and Skills
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
  • HR certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of UK & EU contract labor requirements.
  • Expertise in candidate selection methods and full cycle recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and positive mindset.
