Job Description:
Leon Cycle is seeking a motivated Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! They will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for all positions and be the first point of contact and welcome for all new hires on board. They will recruit through job sites and utilize other strategies to source talented candidates through various channels and networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with head of HR to plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy
- Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions, using recruitment systems or headhunting
- Collaborate with company leaders to anticipate future employment needs
- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates, including social media, networking events, and job fairs
- Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and environment
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
- Manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged
- Handle all hiring paperwork for new employees
- Prepare onboarding plans and assist new hires during their initial start
- Coordinate with HR on equipment and login needs for new hires
- Create onboarding schedules and training sessions with hiring managers
- Greet new hires and conduct orientation sessions
- Perform regular check-ins with new hires during probation
- Provide updates to leadership about talent acquisition initiatives
- Communicate with HR to align on hiring needs and organizational goals
- Suggest ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
- Research compensation benchmarks to ensure competitiveness
- Collaborate on other HR programs and initiatives
- Assist with other international recruitment projects
Experience and Skills
- 2-3 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter
- HR certification preferred
- Understanding UK & EU labor requirements
- Knowledge of candidate selection methods
- Full cycle recruitment expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Creative and proactive problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude
