Job summary

Boskalis Subsea Services in Aberdeen is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the Logistics team. You will manage mobilization and demobilization for equipment and projects worldwide, interface with the project team, vessel and suppliers.

The role requires at least 3 years in Oil & Gas logistics, strong English, ICT/ERP skills, and a full UK driving license. Desirable DG certification, forklift license and CILT qualification. Competitive package and benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar logistics role within Oil and Gas.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Driving license and ICT/ERP skills.
Dangerous Goods by Air/Road/Sea experience and certificates (desirable).
CILT qualification (desirable).

Responsibilities

Provide logistics support to any vessel in the BSS fleet.
Act as conduit between onshore and offshore project team.
Responsible for all quayside activities.
Interface for Marine crew to ensure requirements are captured for each port call.
Execute shipment plan and keep all parties updated of status to delivery.
Effective management of costs associated with port call/shipment.
Local collections and deliveries.
Provide tendering with rates in relation to Logistics activities.
Prepare the shipment plan of designated goods, vessels and equipment.
