Job summary

RWE Group is launching a Graduate Programme designed to give you broad exposure to the functions that drive business growth. You will begin in Swindon, UK, with rotations to London, Essen, Singapore, and beyond, across four six-month periods.

The programme emphasizes projects in Strategy, Transformation, Communications, Sustainability and Risk, with a focus on digital tools and responsible AI usage to enhance decision-making and efficiency.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance or similar discipline.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
IT proficiency and digital skills (automation, AI tools).
Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset with drive to find new solutions.
Commercial aptitude and strong analytical skills.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

Participate in four six-month rotations across Project Management, Strategy, Communications & Events, and Business Transformation.
Engage with international markets and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
Learn and apply digital tools including AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and decision-making.
Develop business insights and contribute to the strategic backbone of global operations.
