Job summary

RWE Group is launching a two-year Finance Graduate Programme in the UK, offering four six-month placements across the group. You will rotate through Controlling, Risk Management, Accounting, Planning & Reporting, and Investor Relations while developing a broad finance foundation.

Digital technologies, including AI-enabled tools, will be used to enhance productivity and informed decision-making within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• A strong degree (BSc, MSc or PhD) in Business Management/Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a comparable subject area with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong analytical skills.
• A collaborative mindset with a curious approach, constantly challenging yourself to find new solutions.
• Flexibility and mobility to travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Complete four six-month placements across the RWE Group.
• Take on responsibilities with real impact in multiple finance areas.
• Gain experience in Controlling, Risk Management, Accounting, Planning & Reporting, Investment & Valuation, Portfolio Management, Investor Relations.
• Utilise AI-enabled tools to support decision-making and productivity.

About the role

Job requirements and experience
