Job summary

RWE Group in Swindon, UK offers a Business Transformation & Strategy Graduate Programme with four six-month rotations across key business areas. You’ll gain exposure to project management, strategy, communications, and more, with opportunities to rotate to London, Essen, Singapore and beyond.

The programme emphasizes digital tools, AI-enabled workflows, and responsible use. Successful candidates will have a strong degree, excellent English, and a collaborative, analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

Digital technologies, including AI-enabled tools, are becoming an integral part of how we work at RWE.
