Job summary

RWE in the United Kingdom is launching a two-year Graduate Finance Programme. You’ll rotate through four six-month placements across the group, gaining exposure to Controlling, Risk Management, Accounting, Planning & Reporting, Investment & Valuation, Portfolio Management and Investor Relations.

Digital technologies, including AI-enabled tools, will be used to boost productivity. You’ll receive mentoring, a graduate buddy, and a competitive starting salary of £40,000 p.a., with a strong benefits

Qualifications

• A strong degree (BSc, MSc or PhD) in Business Management/Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a comparable subject area with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong analytical skills.
• A collaborative mindset with a curious approach, constantly challenging yourself to find new solutions.
• Motivation to take on new challenges, whether independently or as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm and drive to build your skillset and pursue development opportunities within a supportive team.
• Flexibility and mobility to travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Over the course of two years, you’ll progress through four six-month placements across the RWE Group.
• You’ll gain experience in areas including Controlling, Risk Management, Accounting, Planning & Reporting, Investment & Valuation, Portfolio Management, Investor Relations.
• Digital technologies, including AI-enabled tools, are becoming an integral part of how we work; you’ll use these tools responsibly to enhance productivity and decision-making.
