Qualifications
- Strong degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
- IT proficiency and digital skills (e.g. automation, AI tools).
- Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to find new solutions.
- Analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- Participate in four six-month rotations across Project Management, Strategy, Communications & Events, Business Transformation and related areas.
- Engage with diverse functions to drive business growth and long-term success.
- Utilize digital technologies and AI-enabled tools to support decision-making and productivity.
- Collaborate with teams to shape strategic initiatives and implement improvements.
