RWE AG offers a Business Transformation & Strategy Graduate Programme in Swindon with rotations across multiple business areas. You will gain breadth by working in project management, communications, sustainability and more, while rotating to locations like London, Essen, and Singapore.

Across four six-month rotations, you’ll work in diverse areas such as:
