Job summary

Littlepay is seeking a seasoned enterprise account leader to own the commercial success of Tier 1 and Tier 2 global customers. You will build scalable account plans, govern cross-functional engagement, and drive revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

You will establish governance, run multi-threaded stakeholder engagements across commercial, operational, technology and finance functions, and negotiate complex agreements with Legal and Finance support.

Qualifications

10+ years in payments with SaaS or transport/mobility exposure preferred.
Proven track record growing strategic accounts and driving expansion revenue.
Strong commercial acumen with revenue retention/growth targets.
Experience negotiating complex high-value agreements with Legal/Finance support.
Ability to build trusted executive relationships across large enterprises.

Responsibilities

Own commercial strategy for Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts across global markets.
Build multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders across functions.
Lead complex negotiations, renewals and expansions with cross-functional support.
Plan and run Quarterly Business Reviews and renewal calendars for global accounts.
Translate customer insights into product priorities and commercial opportunities.
