Job summary

Littlepay is seeking an experienced Global Enterprise Account Manager to own commercial success across Tier 1 and Tier 2 enterprise customers worldwide. You will craft scalable account plans, build executive relationships, and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities in a truly global, hybrid setting.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Delivery, Legal and Partnerships to translate customer needs into product value, shaping the future of our payments platform and contributing

Qualifications

10+ years in payments industry or related sectors.
Experience managing enterprise accounts with expansion revenue.
Strong commercial acumen with historic targets.
Experience negotiating complex high-value agreements.
Ability to influence at executive level across functions.

Responsibilities

Own commercial strategy for Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts globally.
Build scalable account plans and expansion frameworks.
Lead executive relationships across commercial, operations, technology and finance.
Negotiate renewals and expansions with Legal and Finance support.
Run quarterly business reviews and account planning with renewal focus.
