SKIMS is seeking a Director of International Store Development to lead global retail expansion across owned stores, wholesale shops, franchises, pop-ups, and activations. You will translate brand concepts into executable plans, manage multi-stakeholder coordination, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with strong operational standards.

The role requires a seasoned leader with deep retail development experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the presence to influence senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years in retail store development, project management, or related roles.
• Experience leading international store expansion across multiple formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of international store development projects from site approval through grand opening.
• Oversee owned retail stores, wholesale environments, franchise locations, pop-ups, and activations.
• Translate concepts into executable plans while managing budgets, timelines and risks.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Retail Operations, Design, Finance, Legal, IT and regional teams.
• Present updates to executives and maintain governance standards.
