SKIMS is seeking a dynamic Director of International Store Development to lead the end-to-end execution of its global retail expansion—owned stores, wholesale shop-in-shops, franchise locations, pop-ups, and activations. You will translate creative concepts into executable plans, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in retail store development, project management, construction management, or retail operations.
• Experience supporting international retail expansion across owned stores, wholesale, franchise, pop-ups, and experiential activations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of international store development projects from site approval through grand opening.
• Oversee development of owned retail stores, wholesale environments, franchise locations, pop-ups, and activations.
• Translate creative vision into operational, brand-faithful environments while maintaining schedules and budgets.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and milestones.
• Present updates to executive leadership and influence cross-functional teams.
