Job summary

SKIMS, a global fashion brand, seeks a Director of Enterprise Systems to lead NetSuite ERP strategy and governance for EMEA. You will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Production, and Retail to enable scalable growth and process excellence.

You will oversee system enhancements, data integrity, and integrations with OMS, Shopify, WMS, and POS, while building a high-performing enterprise systems team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS/CS/Business or related field.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven leadership experience with technical and functional teams.
• Experience supporting international organizations and global ERP environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional strategy and roadmap for NetSuite and ERP across EMEA.
• Lead NetSuite configuration, optimization, and issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Drive Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory, and Finance process improvements.
• Oversee integrations with OMS, Shopify, WMS, POS, and third-party providers.
• Establish data governance, reporting standards, and dashboards for KPIs.
• Mentor Enterprise Systems analysts and build a high-performing team.
