Job summary

Insurtech Insights in London is seeking a commercially driven sponsorship sales professional to manage and grow a portfolio of sponsors across international conferences. You will build long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers and drive sponsorship revenue through renewals, retention and account growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience managing client relationships and spotting growth opportunities.
• Comfort negotiating with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain sponsors: grow renewals and repeat business.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within your portfolio.
• Identify, pitch and close new sponsorship opportunities.
• Own revenue targets and track performance against them.
• Collaborate with content and delivery teams to deliver value for sponsors.
