Sulzer GT Aero is recruiting a Spares & Repairs Coordinator at our Netherley, Aberdeenshire facility. You’ll manage customer enquiries for spares and repairs, coordinate orders through to completion, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely quotations and accurate order processing.

Experience in spares or repairs coordination is essential, with strong ERP/CRM skills (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and excellent communication.

Competenze

• Experience in spares, repairs, aftermarket, coordination or customer support within an engineering or industrial environment.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce desirable).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Mansioni

• Act as a first point of contact for customer spares and repairs enquiries, responding promptly and professionally
• Support review of customer requirements with internal teams and external suppliers to confirm feasibility, lead times and costs
• Prepare accurate quotations for spares and repairs and issue them to customers in line with internal processes
• Coordinate orders from receipt through to completion, liaising with internal departments, suppliers and customers throughout
• Provide regular updates to customers, ensuring orders and repair activities are tracked and delivered on time
• Maintain records within ERP and CRM systems, supporting reporting on order status and lead times
• Assist with sales and tender activities, including preparing supporting information for spares and repairs opportunities
