Job summary

Sulzer GT Aero, Netherley, Aberdeenshire, is a global leader in the MRO of aero‑derivative gas turbines. Join a high‑performing team supporting spares and repairs with a focus on accurate quotations, timely updates and proactive customer liaison.

You will coordinate orders, liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams, and contribute to tender activities while maintaining ERP/CRM records in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in spares, repairs, aftermarket coordination or customer support in an engineering/industrial environment.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce desirable).
• Excellent communication with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for customer spares and repairs enquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
• Review customer requirements with internal teams and external suppliers to confirm feasibility, lead times and costs.
• Prepare accurate quotations for spares and repairs and issue them to customers per internal processes.
• Coordinate orders from receipt through to completion, liaising with internal departments, suppliers and customers.
• Provide regular updates to customers, ensuring orders and repair activities are tracked and delivered on time.
• Maintain accurate records within ERP and CRM systems, supporting reporting on order status and performance.
• Assist with sales and tender activities, including preparing supporting information for opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

What you bring:

• Experience in a spares, repairs, aftermarket, coordination or customer support role within an engineering or industrial environment
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce experience is desirable)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Good communication skills, confident working with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of quotations, pricing and cost control
• A proactive, detail‑focused and solutions‑driven approach, with the ability to perform well in a fast‑paced environment
