Job summary

Matillion, founded in Manchester, is seeking a Senior Manager, Solution Architecture to lead an international team across EMEA, Middle East and Africa. You will guide strategic GTM, engage in executive-level deals, and drive cross-functional alignment to grow revenue and customer success.

You will mentor senior architects, own strategic initiatives, and shape the integration of AI workflows with data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience in technical enterprise roles with 5+ years managing or scaling pre-sales teams.
• Proven track record in enterprise solution selling with multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Experience institutionalising MEDDPICC or similar value-driven sales frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of senior Solution Architects across EMEA, Middle East, and Africa to maximise revenue, customer success, and technical execution.
• Join customer meetings and strategy sessions as executive technical sponsor on high-value deals.
• Manage team cadences: 1:1s, development plans, and performance metrics.
• Drive GTM initiatives and operationalize business plans to expand global footprint and revenue in 6–12 months.
• Develop partner strategies with regional ecosystems to scale impact across markets.
• Align cross-functionally with leaders to unify pre-sales tactics with business goals.
