Job summary

Haleon plc. is seeking a senior digital media lead to drive social, creator and influencer marketing across GBI and Nordics.

You will turn strategy into scalable practices, partner with global AI and Discovery teams, and build strong relationships with Meta, TikTok and Google to accelerate growth. The role requires delivering measurable impact across earned, shared, owned and paid media while embedding best practices across markets, with a focus on culturally relevant activation and performance

Qualifications

• Strong experience in social media operations and creator or influencer marketing, including working with agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver activity at scale.
• Experience developing and embedding practical processes, playbooks, governance and scalable ways of working across brands or markets.
• Good understanding of social platforms, content workflows, measurement and the operational requirements of creator and influencer programmes.
• Knowledge of Search Discoverability, SEO, AI Search or emerging discovery environments is desirable but not essential, with scope to build this capability over time.

Responsibilities

• Champion a distinctive social-first approach across brands, raising the standard of creator and influencer partnerships, platform-native content and connected paid, owned, earned and shared execution.
• Turn global and regional guidance into simple, scalable operating practices for GBI and Nordic teams, enabling faster, smarter and more culturally relevant social activation.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with key media partners, including Meta, TikTok and Google, to unlock innovation, expertise and opportunities that accelerate brand growth.
• Advance measurement across ESOP — earned, shared, owned and paid media — using insight to demonstrate impact, optimise performance and share best practice across markets.
