Job summary

Haleon, a leading consumer health company, invites a Senior Digital Commerce Lead to accelerate profitable growth across Amazon and emerging digital channels. You will develop joint business plans, set pricing, and drive visibility across platforms such as TikTok Shop and Joybuy.

The role requires strong data analysis, P&L ownership, and the ability to translate market insights into executable strategies. You will lead a cross-functional team and shape Haleon’s digital commerce roadmap in the UK

Qualifications

• Degree-level education with significant UK sales or digital commerce experience.
• Proven track record leading a major customer or complex remit.
• Strong understanding of pureplay and marketplace models; Amazon experience preferred.
• Deep financial acumen including P&L, forecasting, cash-flow management.
• Advanced analytics with large data sets.
• Experience pricing, promotions, assortment, and mix strategies.
• Ability to translate market dynamics into Haleon priorities.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to identify emerging opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic relationship and commercial plan for Amazon.
• Identify and prioritise opportunities across emerging digital commerce platforms.
• Maintain external perspective on market dynamics and translate to recommendations.
• Lead pricing, promotions and portfolio optimisation.
• Connect data sources to deliver decision-ready insights.
• Drive digital shelf, media, and execution for priority brands.
• Own the P&L and forecast, balancing delivery with growth.
• Lead a cross-functional team across Brand, Shopper, Finance and Operations.
• Share learning and strengthen Haleon's digital commerce capability.
