Qualifications

• 10+ years in insight or strategy roles with influencer marketing/social content experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end creator strategies and social ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects across regions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Inject social-first insights and platform-native ideas into work for global clients.
• Collaborate with partners to identify new revenue opportunities in social content strategy.
• Lead social on global pitches from RFI to client presentations.
• Design global client content and social transformation roadmaps aligned to long-term vision.
• Review media activation plans with local teams for global pitches focusing on social content.
• Share best practices and scale local social/content expertise across HMN.
