Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shipping Administrator to support global logistics operations. You will help ensure on-time delivery, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination between OE/AM project teams and shipping providers.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus. You will work within cross-functional teams to optimise export processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely supplier invoice coding and approval.
• Shipment planning and execution for worldwide courier shipments.
• Provide export documentation and bespoke paperwork for OE/AM projects.
• Coordinate with export freight agents for airway bills and declarations.
• File and archive shipping paperwork in the correct location.
• Support Replacements/Warranty processes with Customer Satisfaction Team.
• Learn export compliance requirements and provide clearance instructions for imports.
