Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a Shipping Administrator to support global shipping activities, ensuring on-time, complete delivery of products. You will work with OE/AM project teams to improve cross-department communication and compliance with export requirements.

The role requires strong admin skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex documentation and invoicing tasks across international shipments.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong administration and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience of managing key administrational tasks and delivering to these accurately and on-time.
• Experience of working within cross departmental teams and functions.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of working with Microsoft Office applications.
• SAP knowledge desirable, other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely execution of supplier invoice coding and approval processes.
• Plan and execute shipments for worldwide Courier Express shipments using integrated supplier software.
• Provide accurate and timely export and customer-specific shipping invoices and documentation to OE/AM project teams.
• Coordinate with Export Freight agents to obtain airway bills and export declarations.
• File and archive shipping paperwork in the correct document repository.
• Assist with ongoing Replacements/Warranty processes with Customer Satisfaction Team.
• Provide clearance instructions for international imports; prepare clearance advisory paperwork.
• Upskill on Export Compliance as required by the business.
