Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Services Principal Project Manager (Global Services) to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale industrial software projects across sites and phases. You will partner with solution architects, tech leads, and stakeholders to validate approach and execution plans, bridging technical and commercial contexts while guiding delivery planning and coordination.

The role requires deep PM expertise, executive communication skills, and experience in OT/IT integrations within MES/SCADA

Qualifications

8–12+ years of project/program management experience in industrial software.
Proven delivery experience in production/plant environments, multi-site or global rollouts.
Strong command of PM methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall/Hybrid) and tools.

Responsibilities

Own the full project lifecycle (initiation → planning → execution → go-live → handoff).
Define scope, milestones, WBS, staffing plans, and delivery model (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
Establish and run delivery governance with standups, status cadences, risk reviews, steering committees, and QBRs.
Provide executive-ready communications: updates, expectations, and trade-offs.
Lead cross-functional delivery teams including software engineers, OT/automation, DevOps, QA, data engineers, and site services.
