Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior AVEVA MES Engineer to design, implement and deploy a global MES using AVEVA Composable MES. You will work across manufacturing operations, OT systems and SAP integration to support pilots and multi-site rollouts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years delivering MES/MOM in manufacturing, with hands-on AVEVA MES, SAP integration and ISA-95 knowledge. The role emphasises driving OEE improvements, traceability and continuous improvement across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering MES/MOM solutions in manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on AVEVA MES experience and related AVEVA technologies.
• Strong SAP integration knowledge and ISA-95 manufacturing architectures.
• Experience with industrial connectivity and manufacturing data management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy AVEVA Composable MES solutions with templates for global sites.
• Design and implement integrations with SAP ECC, shop-floor equipment, PLCs, OPC-UA, Kepware.
• Support end-to-end delivery activities including FAT/SAT/UAT, cutover and hypercare.
• Improve OEE, downtime management, quality, traceability and production performance.
