Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a skilled professional for a hybrid role in the UK to leverage AVEVA System Platform and SCADA experience across oil, gas, and food & beverages industries. The role requires hands-on operations management, strong troubleshooting abilities, and solid communication to mentor junior team members.

You will contribute to delivery, troubleshooting, and documentation while collaborating with global teams in a diverse environment. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on operations and management experience in Food & Beverages or Oil & Gas.
• Experience in AVEVA System Platform or any SCADA product.
• Good understanding of the Food & Beverages or Oil & Gas industry with knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing and operations.

Responsibilities

• Technical troubleshooting, analysis, and diagnosis of product issues.
• Technical troubleshooting, analysis, and diagnosis of custom application issues.
• Technical troubleshooting, analysis, and diagnosis of custom integration issues.
• Ensure case updates and resolution timeframes align with SLAs.
• Delivery of product issue workarounds or fixes; replication of customer issues.
• Development of technical documentation.
