Job summary

SoCode Limited in Worthing, UK, is seeking a Global Service Operations Manager to lead and transform multi-brand service and spares operations. You will shape the strategy for a global network, drive customer experience improvements, and establish scalable service processes.

Working with senior stakeholders across engineering, product, quality and supply chain, you will own operational excellence and oversee international service partner networks, with some international travel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global or multi-regional service operations.
• Background in supply chain, spares management, inventory optimisation and reverse logistics.
• Experience managing international service partner networks.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP, with service operations and inventory management.
• Experience overseeing reverse logistics, repairs, returns, refurbishment and B-stock operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and transform international service and spares operations across a multi-brand portfolio.
• Drive operational excellence and scalable processes for a global network.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across engineering, product, quality, supply chain and regional leadership.
